If you have issues with weight do what I did – try acai berry. If you are desparate to lose weight its superfood qualities help lots – nevertheless those same qualities also help those who are trying to bulk up. Brilliant! There is a free trial on right now at http://zupits.yourspiritdiet.info , try it, why not?

Well, your weight is dependent on your height – but from your age – I’m guessing from 5’0 to 5’3, in which a weight of 158 would be overweight unless you have a really high muscle mass. Being overweight increases your risk of certain cancers, high blood pressure, early stroke and heart attack, diabetes and other ailments – so no I don’t think healthy(don’t freak out though)
Quick trim for a thirteen year old? No, don’t. I wouldn’t even suggest dieting supplements for someone twice your age. They have harmful side effects like liver damage and heart troubles(not something you want). Basic calorie reduction and a little more exercise every day can shed pounds. However, one pound a week is all I would suggest though.
To drop a pound you need to burn about 3500 calories. If you cut 500 calories a day(lets say 250 from calorie reduction and 250 from exercise) then you lose a pound a week. 500 calories (x) 7 days = 3500 calories, which is one pound.
So regular diet would work best.
