What is the difference between these 2 phentermine pills?
Ok, I recently went to this doctor to prescribe me 37.5 MG Phentermine pills and when I came home I noticed that they looked a bit different than the ones I had taken before, but they both read on bottle Phentermine 37.5. I looked up the pills and one says it Phentermine 37.5 Hydrochloride and pill has K25 imprinted. The other pills reads Phentermine 37.5 HCI and imprented MP273. Are these both the same medications?

It’s just different brands. If it says Phentermine 37.5, then that’s the dosage. I wouldn’t worry, sometimes they carry different brands and will give you whatever they have. Are they white with tiny blue dots? If so, they are the right ones. I used to take them. However, they will raise your blood pressure and if you ever stop taking them and eat normal, you’ll gain it back, so be careful.

Yeah they’re the same. HCl is the abbreviation for hydrochloride and they both have the same amount. If you’re really concerned then call your doctor and he/she should be able to put your concerns to rest.
