My recent test result show testosterone was 12 (7-30).
What is the best way to bring this up to top half of the range?
Would taking testosterone cream permanently suppress the body’s own testosterone production?

there is no miracle drug to increase testosterone, you should discuss possible treatments with ur doctor.
