What is the best fat burner for women?
Can someone please tell what the best and safest fat burner is for women? I need to lose 10 pounds. I started a cardio workout today but I want to a fat burner as well to help.

drinking 1-2 cups of coffee about an hour before a workout helps burn fat more effectively. make sure that the coffee doesn’t have a ton of milk and sugar in it, because then you’re not helping your diet whatsoever.
