What foods make good appetite suppressants?
I’d like to eat some meals with food that is not only healthy for me, but also satiates my appetite for a longer period of time. I’ve heard some proteins are good for this because they take longer to digest, but what are the best & healthiest proteins?

Water is the best, Food with fibre and yes protiens I think. Healthy protiens are things like lean meat eg. Chicken, Fish. And also things like pulses and nuts etc. X

I snack on a hand full of almonds with a glass of milk and a banana after work..before dinner. It works. You feel completely full after-wards! :)

Yes, proteins are good but being a vegetarian i’m finding it hard to tell you to eat meat. You could try tofu or other soya products, as well as pulses and nuts.
