What exactly is the oily stuff from the alli pill?
I was just wondering what the the treatment effect is from the Alli Pill. Is it the extra fat or is it something else that comes out?

I think its the fat that hasn’t been absorbed. NASTY. I know from experience.

The fat that doesn’t get scooped up and used by your body but is passed through instead. Any nutrients that pass through you are nutrients that your body did not use.
the pill binds with the fat that you eat making it so that you will not absorb the fat. it is then eliminated from your body through your bowels. if yoiu eat tooo much fat you will notice loose stools with fat in them
