What does testosterone have to do with action movies?
I’ve noticed certain action movies being described as having a lot of “action and testosterone” or being “Testosterone filled”. Sorry if I sound dumb but what does testosterone have to do with action movies?

mens levels of testosterone increase with stuff like extreme sports, action movies, gun fights, car chases, etc.
i know its kind of strange, but yeah.. thats why “action packed testosterone filled action!!!” is used in advertising

OK, ya know how a movie with a lot of romance is called a ‘chick flick’?
Well only men have testosterone so a very manly, action filled move is described that way instead of just being called a ‘guy flick’.
