Any pills that are recommended? Also in the UK is there an age restriction? Do you have to be over 16 or 18 or something to buy them?

I wouldnt waste your money on diet pills as there are alot of false claims out there. Most of the time you are just wasting your money.
Diet pills work on the principle of curbing your hunger. Sometimes they do not even work at all with people and I have heard accounts where people also feel quite sickly using them. The only way they will work is if they curb your hunger enough that you start consuming less calories than your body requires, otherswise they will not work.
There are better dieting options out there which are far more effecitve. If you would like a few suggestions please feel free to contact me.
