There is no such thing as a diet pill that works. They are all fraudulent or in the case of Ephedrine or methamphetamine, intolerably dangerous.

The one that’s the hardest to swallow – exercise. Most, if not all, diet pills are scams. Watch what you eat, take a multivitamin if you wish, exercise, and get enough sleep.
