What are the best diets and fat burners for women who just had a baby?
I had a baby about 3 months ago. Although I diet and exercise, I still need a little extra boost. After he was born i stayed a little flabby and chunky in the belly area and my thighs are thicker. I would like opinions from moms who have gone through what I’m going through. Although I understand that my body will more than likely NEVER go back to the way it was, I would like to hear about what you’ve tried and how it worked for you.. Thanks

Weight Watchers! It is the best, and they have a program for new moms! For belly fat try more cardio and pilates!
