I’ve heard of some things working for some people, but nothing you can buy now was ever helpful for me. Alli is supposedly good, but if you are willing to put that much effort into losing weight, you probably don’t need the help of the pill. Store bought diet pills used to contain powerful stimulants that made you less hungry, more willing to exercise, and thirsty so you drank water like crazy (all things you need to lose the pounds) but with meth being such a problem all the over the counter stuff sucks now, frankly. A few years ago you could take daytime allergy medicine and it would perk you up enough through the day to lose the pounds. Don’t waste your money, find a diet that works for you, or speak to a doctor about perscription weight loss aids.
