What are the best diet pills out there that work with exercise?
I am currently cutting back in what i eat and running a mile a day, and with not alot of results. I was hoping to maximize my results with a diet pill,
does anyone know of some really good ones that actually help and work?

Diet pills don`t work. Trust me.
Try drinking lots of green tea. It really speeds your metabolism. But it`s bad for calcium and iron absorption so get a blood test and ask your doctor if you should take calcium/iron pills to help that­. If your calcium/iron levels are good, you probably shouldn’t need the pills. Also, try eating your meals backwards. Huge breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner. And try to eat your dinner 4 hours before you sleep. Oh and sometimes eating 6 small meals a day is better. So whatever suits you.

I jsut started taking slim quick, I’ve lost 3 pounds in 2 days! So it works really fast! Also I asked the pharmasist and she said it seemed pretty safe and natural. Also I work out like 6 days a week, so that helps.
