What are the best diet pills for losing weight?
I’m looking to find decent diet pills that have the best success rate. I was on the depo-shot and I gained a TON of weight, and now that I’m no longer on it, I’m hoping to find a way to lose the weight and get back to my old weight. Any help anyone has would be great!!

Diet pills skrew up your metabilolism and u will gain weight the 2nd ur off them the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to exercise walk a half hour fast a day just move ya bum! Eat healthy but dont diet and be active take the stairs ect itl work trust me!

i take hydroxycut hardcore. i like it a lot so far and i’ve seen a different. however, diet pills shouldn’t just be taken by people that want to lose weight – meaning – you can’t just eat bad, not exercise, and take diet pills so you can lose weight. make sure you exercise and eat right as well! i’m already pretty small but i’m taking them to lose a little more fat and see the definition in the muscle i’m gaining.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
