Okay i am going to give the best advice in your life that has to do with dieting…THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A MAGIC PILL! REPEAT THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A MAGIC PILL…as much as you think there is your body needs to be natural. Eat right, workout and rest is all you need to lose weight. Don’t waste your money and this.
