Quicktrim 14 cleanse or which cleanse system works?
I’m looking to try a cleanse. I was wondering your experiences with them such as quicktrim 14 day cleanse or any that you’ve tried and if they worked for you.
Also I don’t need any lectures on using cleanses or pills. I am working out again, eating healthier. I’m just looking to lose 10-15lbs. As for the cleanse I’d just like to cleanse myself early on in my new routine to get it out of the way.

Eat 10-15 white castle burger……that will clean you out i guarantee it

A couple of years ago I was really interested in this too. After doing a little research and talked to my friend, who is a nutritionist, I went on the Lemonade Fast. I only did it for 12 days to be honest. But found that this was the best choice. Freshly squeeze lemons, cayenne pepper and natural maple syrup. To 10 oz of distilled water, I would add 2 tablespoons cayenne (don’t mind the heat), and 2 of maple. Adjust it as you like.
I felt great and surprisingly enough, after the second day, I wasn’t hungry. I chewed on the lemon zest when I got a stomach pang, but I lost 15 lbs.

Combine 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon or lime juice, 1 or 2 tbsp. of organic maple syrup and some cayenne pepper (as your taste allows), per 1 c. of pure water.

Drink a minimum of six cups of this mixture a day for a minimum of 10 days. Eat no solid foods. You may drink herbal teas and water as well.

Keep your bowels moving with laxative teas in the morning and evening to help your body eliminate the toxins accumulating in your colon as the lemonade cleans your entire system. Taking enemas on the last few days is also highly recommended for clearing out your colon.

Break your fast by drinking orange juice for two days to prepare your stomach to assimilate other foods. On the third day, drink orange juice in the morning, raw fruit for lunch, and fruits and salad for dinner. Resume normal, healthy eating on the next day.
The key is to “go out of the cleanse slowly”! Only orange juice for the first 2 days! Slowly add nutritious foods.
