Will doing this help me lose weight?
Okay.
I bought a treadmill 4 days ago.
Everyday I workout on the treadmill in 10-20 intervals equaling to 1 hour.
I work out on the wii fit doing super hoola hoop spinning my hips both ways for 5 minutes per direction; and doing 20 lunges per leg and 70 crunches
I walk to work 3 x a week which takes an hour and is mostly inclined, doing small bursts of jogging and running.
I play dance dance revolution on Difficult mode once a day until I burn 75-100 cal
I eat fairly healthy, fruits n veggies, and fish. I cut out all sugary drinks and Fattening dairy products; drink about 5 C of green tea along with a ton of water.
Also, I am taking SlimQuick fat burner for Women.
I am 190 lbs, my goal is to be between 130-140. I am also a mother of a 13 month old.
Also, I am 5″4
WILL I LOSE THE WEIGHT?

Yes, you will! As long as you’re eating plenty and take a break at least one day a week, it sounds pretty good.

Well your plan sounds ok for losing some fat. Losing weight isn’t really what you want to look for though, since muscle weighs more than fat & you might gain some muscle if you are just starting to workout. Keep up the good work, maybe dial up the workout after a while. Also, don’t get worried if you don’t see results right away. If you are on your later twenties coupled with the fact that you are a fairly new mother, might mean your metabolism has slowed down.
