Why does it say to take phentramin-d half an hour before breakfast and lunch?
I just started taking these pills this week, and it says to take half an hour before breakfast and half an hour before lunch, but I’m thinking: Won’t that diminish the effect of the pill? I mean a mixture of food and drink and the pill cannot possibly work well, because its diluted. Please only answer if you have positive feedback and maybe an explanation so I can better understand. Do not respond if you are going to say DO NOT be taking diet pills, thank you. I’ve also noticed its not as potent as the real phentermine:( Although its too soon to tell, and I’m still hungry, any suggestions, that could better increase my chances of being successful on my weight loss on these pills?

It takes most medicine 15-30 minutes to be absorbed by your body and start working.

Exercise. Drugs alone won’t accomplish your goal.

because u need the food in your stomach to coat it and avoid nauseous (as in throwing up {if i spelled it wrong})
becus some pills have a negative reaction to an emptly stomach
so just do what the pill says :P

and dont eat the goat!!!

usually if it says take with food or water its because either

A) it will make your stomach sick or is too strong and can damage your stomach, so you need food or drink to keeo your stomach from being damaged

B) the pills will not work effectively without you eating. Some pills require your stomach to produce certain chemicals etc to work and you need to eat in order for that to happen

the people that make these pills have worked really hard and have extensive education in science and they know what they are talking about

there is a reason. so you should proabably do it

It’s best to follow the instructions.

The main action of the pill will cut down on your appetite (appetite suppressant) and needs time to react with your body before you eat.

Also, some “meds” are best taken with food. The food actually helps transport the drugs into your body. (It’s the same idea as taking vitamins. Vitamins are best taken with food to be fully effective).

Also, you don’t have to worry about dilution. You still took the same amount of the pill. For example, you can eat a tablespoon of sugar or drink water mixed with a tablespoon of sugar. The taste will be less sweeter with water, but you till consumed one tablespoon of sugar.

However, for any successful weight loss program, you still need to exercise and eat a good foods.
