Why aren’t I losing weight?
I am working out 45 min to 1 hr 5 days a week at 3mph on the treadmill. I eat between 1,300-1,500 calories per day – down from 3,400. In the past 6-8 weeks I have not lost an ounce. This seems mathematically impossible. I am going to start taking phen375 along with my diet and exercise but I am not getting my hopes up. I simply do not understand. For the record I am male, 5-11, and weigh 325. Any advice?
@ EddySays I assure you I am doing everything that I say I am. I didn’t come on here to whine or lie. Perhaps there is something wrong with my thyroid? I do not understand how you could weigh +/- 1 lb after 6-8 weeks.

If you are really up for losing weight fast or long term, Do it healthy. In your work outs make it intense (carido wise to lose burn fat). Circuit training can help by this i’m meaning you do one thing for a set amount of time do then take a break for 30 sec’s then resume on the different one. There is many different ways to evolving your work outs. Even if you’ve cut down your calories That’s great! but! are you eating healthy? the rights foods will help you long run and! short term! process foods out the door don’t use them such as White bread White rice Instead use Whole wheat. That is a major thing most people don’t do throw out the garbage! food! research this extensively ask around and ask friends

Losing weight takes time just like putting muscle on it could take weeks, days depending on the person you could do some walking, walking up hill jogging, and more cardio expt just the tredmill will help your changes of losing weight more
It just doesn’t add up Matt.
There is no way you can not be losing weight.
One of the laws of the Universe is there are 3500 calories in a pound of body fat.
It is mathematically impossible for you to not be losing weight IF you are doing everything as you say.
You are not eating the 1500 calories per day and burning 500 per day exercising.
Evaluate your intake, be honest with yourself, and get it done!
Taking an unapproved, clinically unproven diet pill like Phen375 is money that would be better spent on a gym membership.
