Try HotRoxxx…you can get them at Walgreens. It doesn’t double as a vitamin, but you will burn off fat QUICK! Especially if you’re exercising!

a fat burner that is also like a vitamin ? the only thing i can think of is Apple Cider Vinegar, take a tsp with a tblsp honey in a glass of water – mix well and drink about an hour before breakfast or lunch,

all human bodies need a healthy eating plan; try these healthy tips >>
if you want to weight 180 pounds, then eat 1800 calories – good balanced diet and exercise, drink water ( minimum daily requirements is 8 – 8oz glasses)

http://www.mypyramid.gov/index.html...
that site has a lot of helpful information on it.

weight 165 pounds – 1650 calories ;
weight 160 pounds – 1600 calories ;
weight 120 pounds – 1200 calories ;
basically what weight you should be and add a zero 0 , thats how many calories you should take in daily,

our bodies need a good balance of a variety of foods, a good 7 grain bread ; nuts ; raisins ; fruits ; cereals – the kinds that are not full of sugars ; green veggies ; yellow veggies ; beans / legumes ; peanut butter – a good one that’s not full of sugar ; as for meats – chicken ; fish – salmon is best – tuna is also good ; beef – which has less than 20% fat content ; you can spice foods up with seasonings and make them taste better, but be very careful of how much salt you eat – always less than 3000 mg daily , if you average it to 1,000 mg per meal that would be best. And don’t forget to drink your water, the water helps the body flush all the bad stuff from our system and keeps the body / organs functioning properly.

no soda pop / cokes ; coffee ; tea – unless its herbal tea ; no beer / alcohol ; no chips / cookies / cakes / pies / candy’s ;

get at least 30 minutes of walking in a day – a good fast walk rather than a slow one, the average speed of a good fast walk is 4 miles an hour – so 2 miles in half an hour , but if you are not used to walking fast it will take your body time to get used to it and get that fast, and don’t over do it, you don’t want to pass out – set a pace, if you need to stop and take a 5 minute rest.

walking is the absolute best exercise for our bodies!

Lift weights!!! the more muscle u have, the more calories are burned. Lift weights 3 days a week, for 30-50 minutes using a challenging weight. Also do cardio 3 days/3-4 days to start for about 20-30 min… don’t over do ur workouts or work out too often. U will burn ur self out and quit all together. Build up ur stamina and add time to ur work outs as u get stronger. Take a multi vitamin and Calcium with vit D in it everyday. No miracle diet pills…in fact diet pills can and do hurt ur body’s metabolism. After u stop taking them, it makes ur metabo slower that it naturally would. Y this is, I don’t know. I have been to several docs and registered dietitians and all have said this. Reduce ur daily calorie intake by 250-350 calories per day. U should strive for 1-2 lbs max weight lose per week to maintain health.

First off, you must face the fact that there is NO “quick results” answer. You just have to hop on the “Healthy Train” and stay on it the rest of your life. If you eat healthy foods, you will naturally have “complete vitamins.” Also, no matter what the advertisements say, there are no “fat burning” foods. If you’re eating less and exercising more that’s all the burning you will need. Weigh yourself first thing in the morning once a week on the same day of the week. If you haven’t lost one week, don’t be discouraged. Just ride that train to the next weigh-in day.

Don’t eat a lot of “junk food,” chips, greasy fries, pastries, sugary drinks, etc. etc. (I’m sure you know what the “junk” is!)

Try not to eat at night (on a regular basis), and some nights if you feel the urge to eat something, eat an extra piece of fruit. It takes time to establish a liking for foods that do not have a lot of added sugar and salt and grease. Just force yourself to eat them, and soon you will crave the other foods less. I’ve read it takes three weeks to establish a new habit. Give it three weeks. And if some nights you are dying for something junky, grab a book and get into bed and fall asleep. And the next morning you can have a nice breakfast.

And of course, walk everywhere you can, in addition to going to the gym. Take the stairs. If it’s a nice day, don’t get on the bus or in the car. Walk there. Briskly.

Remember: Give it THREE WEEKS. I’m sure you will see improvement and it will be easier to stay on the train.

The first time someone gives you a compliment or asks “are you losing weight?” it will be a tremendous boost to your ego and you will be less likely to go back to your old habits.

And you will feel so much better. Good luck.
