What are some good appetite suppressants for a female trying to lose weight?
I’m hoping to lose at least twenty pounds before I get back to college for the fall. I’ve had some of my dad’s protein shakes (and they’ll keep me full for hours), but they’re high in calories. Is there an alternative appetite suppressant that I could use?

I have been adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to my food – preferabley just before the big meal.
It increases metabolism to burn more calories,
gives you the sensation of having your fat needs met for the day, so I’m less inclined to snack.
and the body does not recognize it as fat so it does not get stored. It is a medium length molecule instead of long.
It’s not instant, but pays for itself in reduced snacking and I feel my clothes looser.
