There are a lot of factors that would have to be considered by her doctor to determine if she is someone who would benefit from taking phentermine. If she is extremely over weight and the weight in causing additional health risks, has tried diet and working out and has been unable to get herself to a healthy point then they may consider it but that’s something only her doctor can really make the call on. Phentermine is a prescription only drug, the “natural” version is NOT the same thing but is something she would still need to talk to a doctor about because god only knows what’s in it. And if she tries to order it online the stuff she will get will be fake and that makes it very dangerous. Selling a prescription drug to someone without a license to do so is the exact same as selling illegal drugs and the laws about buying it are the same too. If it’s coming from out of the country it will be fake and possibly she will just get ripped off all together and get nothing at all.
