If you’ve used Proactol, can you explain your experience? Does it work? What was your opinion?
I understand a diet pill itself is not going to lose all my weight for me. I am eating healthy and exercising, however I want to speed up the weight loss process.

You have the right attitude, no pill on the market will do all the work for you. I wouldnt take any pill if your BMI is under 27, just do it naturally
Anyways in answer to your question, I took proactol for a couple of months with my wife, we both lost a fair amount of weight and I thought it was a big help in curbing our hunger. We took it as part of a trial and although we have tested many other products, I think Proactol was the best, I have lost more weight with other products, but the side effects were harsh, Hydroxycut put me in the hospital, I lost a lot of weight being sick as a dog.
