I just want to know which diet pill works the best! Lipofuze or Alli?
please let me know if you have tried either one and if they worked…and will alli really make me poop my pants if i eat something bad haha? or ifyou know anything better let me know please.
and please dont write anything that isnt going to answer my questions like “diet pills are a scam” etc

I personally havent tried any but I know someone who has tried alli, if you stick to good foods you will be fine but if you have something will a lot of fat in it it will seep out of your bum. Not good. My friend had to constantly wear dark trousers ‘just incase’! It was a nightmare haha
Actually, you don’t need to diet as such in order to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have loads of tips, I lost 5 pounds by taking their advice.
I’ve no idea about Lipofuze but I’ve heard horror stories about Alli, a friend of mine has about 4 stone to lose so she tried Alli and it wrecked havoc on her digestive system. The “anal leakage” that you hear about is a VERY common issue for people taking those pills. Also they’re super expensive!You’d be better off hiring a personal trainer for a few weeks.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. they do not work and they really do scam you. whatever you read is a lie and those pills only effect you mentally they tell your brain ” on since this is a diet pill im gonna lose weight” and your brain gets tricked and produces different chemicals if you want to use a real diet pill i heard acai berry works great
