how to loose the stomach?
I have been in the gym working out and running 3-6 miles 4 days a week and lifting about every day since I got out of boot July 13 2007. I have only had a few weeks where I couldn’t really make it to the gym as much but I have not been able to loose my stomach. I do crunches, sit ups, 8 count body builders EVERYTHING even in boot I couldn’t loose it. Is there any weight loss pills or anything that can help me. Some people have said testoripped works. but I am not sure. anyone got any ideas?
I also drink around a gallon of water a day and only eat grilled chicken or salads pretty much, I am well supplied on protein as well. is it possible that some people just can’t? lol
also, I don’t drink alcohol, lost too many friends to it

I would try to eat healthier and eat smaller meals in more intervals. And…yes water! Lotsssss of it!

I’m not a fan of diet pills. They just aren’t worth it.

My mother and I have always had bellies, even when she was underweight. We just discovered we had food allergies! Not everyone does, so this information may be worthless to you, but digestive troubles will certainly bloat that belly.

When I gave up wheat and potatoes, my two biggest food allergens, I stayed the same weight but shed so many pant sizes that I need all of my suits tailored. The pants that were too tight before fall right off!

If you’re drinking, that’s a big belly-builder. Avoid any alcohol for 3-4 months and see if it makes a difference. Also, steer clear of any gassy foods like broccoli and beans.
