How Do I Suppress My Appetite?
I need to find a way to suppress my appetite only because I eat way too much and I don’t want to regain the weight.
These are the kind of suggestions I’m looking for:
-Any kind of drink, such as green tea. (Also, which brand of green works the best?)
-Any drugs, I prefer ones that don’t need prescriptions…
I do want to excercise, but I am too busy with my school, senoir project, applying for colleges and a lot of other stuff.
So, what should I do?

drink 2 big glasses of water 30 minutes before you eat. your stomach will fill up faster and you’ll feel full.
also eat slowly
dexatrim, or energy drinks, it works for me I lost 20 lbs and I keep it off this way
Just drink a lot of water. It’s calorie-less and will give you the impression that you’re full when you’re not.
besides chewing a piece of gum in between meals.. also drink a glass of water or juice.
if u drink warm water every morning, before eating any thing it suppress your a appetite, and make u eat less. drink too much water
Stacker 2/3 Works well. I’m currently on Phentermine, and I have lost 10lbs in 2 full weeks. I’m doing it the healthy way. I eat a decent breakfast, and a moderate dinner (boiled chicken & brocolli) with a small bowl of citrus (grapefruit or orange)
chewing gum helps alot. it makes your mind think that you are actually eating. i also eat too much sometimes and gum really seems to help.
Drink lots of water. A lot of the time when you feel hungry, it is actually a way of your body telling you you’re dehydrated. So drinking lots of water will help and also keep you healthy.
Another idea is to keep busy. It sounds like you already are busy at the moment, but try to keep focused on that and not think about food. Maybe find something to keep your mind on when you think about food.
There are drugs that do it, however one cheap method is to drink a glass of water before your meals or when your feeling hungry. Also to eat foods that are high in volume low in calorie. For example watermelon, 100 cal popcorn, most fruits n veggies, the best part is they work really well w/a busy life carrots, celery or w/e veggies you like w/hummus. As far as green tea I dont find its much of a suppressant my self however my fiances dad used it to loose weight I believe he used salada brand.
chew gummm
eat small portions…
drink a glass of water before and after every meal…
if you get hungry eat a little bit of fruit…
you will get used to it..and your stomach will get used to eating small portions…
Dont keep junk food in your house…
if you are tempted to eat somehting bad drink a lot of water until you get full…
if you are craving something sweet….buy strawberry (or your favorite flavor) low fat yogurt and freeze it and it tastes like ice cream hehe :p
once a week treat yourself with something you like but dont abuse it.
drink a cup of green tea after every meal.
and when you have time..work out. it sucks but it will make you feel better afterwards.
Drink water before meals…preferably 25-30 mins before eating.
- drink water
- drink green tea (any brand will do…you can even buy authentic Chinese ones…tea originated from China, so they might have the most unprocessed tea).
- chew gum (any flavor will do. buy a pack that you like)
- I’m guessing you’re a guy. but if you were a girl, I would suggest wearing a thick coat of lipgloss. Cause once you have lipgloss (especially a real thick coat), you wouldn’t want to eat…too messy.
- eat oatmeal for breakfast. just make oatmeal (it’s real simple) and then add a little brown sugar to sweeten it up. Or stir in raisins to your oatmeal.
try to do some exercises tho…like before you brush your teeth (or while brushing your teeth) do some squats…do 40 squats. Before you go to bed, do some push ups…do 30 push ups. You’ll be surprised by just doing those two exercises, you’ll gain some muscle, which in turn will burn some fat.
hope this helped…
Suppressing appetite with toxic artificial pills, potions and shakes, is very harmful to your body and health in the long run.
What is the point of losing weight, just to develop a life threatening condition from popping too many diet pills and drugs?
If you want to feel fuller for longer, try natural Chia seed gel in a juice:

Also what are you actually eating? Consuming a lot of pure water, fresh fruit and fresh vegetables is great. Consuming a lot of sodas, burgers, chips and sweets is not.
You say you are too busy with school to exercise but there are things you can do on a daily basis to get the exercise you need:
Set your alarm earlier than normal and do some weights before breakfast
Set your alarm earlier than normal and do a brisk 30 minute walk around the neighbourhood
Set your alarm earlier than normal and walk or ride a bike to school, instead of driving or catching the bus.
Park the car further away from your destination that you would normally do so and walk the rest of the way.
Play 30 mins of sport after school.
Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
And so on.
There is no point suppressing your appetite. Even if you lose weight, you can’t suppress your appetite forever and once you return to your old eating habits, the weight will return.
Lifelong healthy food, smaller portions, regular exercise, is the only way to permanent changes.

And stay away from those toxic pills.
