does wight loss pill work?
hi im depressed because of my weight im 24 years old and weight 190 pounds i dont eat too much but i dont know why i easyli gain weight and is impossible to lose i’ve tryed everything and nothing works i tryied going to the gym and still didnt work..so my last option are pills i found these DECATRIM wight loss pills i’ve read those are natural and dont have side effects so i want to try them but i dont know if they work have anybody tryed them? i need some opinions cuz im afraid to try them.

YES IT WORKS BUT IM WARNING YOU IT WILL KILL YOU QUICKER so just go jogging it’s good for you and wont kill you

Diet pills will simply do awful things to your heart and kidneys.

You say you don’t eat much, but do you really know how much you eat? In order to lose one pound, you need to use at least 3500 calories per week more than you take in. Or in other words, you need to keep a diary, even a notebook, and jot Every. Single. Thing. that you eat/drink, right down to the measurements (a cup of this; a half a sandwich of that).

I also thought that I ate well, and I did, but it wasn’t until I started weighing and measuring and keeping track of everything that I realized that I was simply eating Too Much, even of a good thing. I’m a big fan of Progreso soups, for example, but when I looked at the chart on the side of the can, while I was eating healthy carbs and protein, and thought I was taking in only 120 calories, the can was 2.5 servings, and that upped my caloric intake by an extra 180 calories.

Diet pills will only lighten your wallet. They will not teach you good eating habits (which is life-long, not simply a diet).

Don’t use pills – if anything join the Body By Vi 90 day weight loss challenge.. You lose weight by drinking cake flavored shakes :) Sounds great, doesn’t it?
