do testosterone boosters cause testicals to shink and breasts to form?
I kno a lot about creatine and nitric oxide, and protien consumption but nuthin about testosterone boosters. What’s the difference between these and steroids and will they make my testicles shrink or cause gynecomastia (male-breasts)?
Another thing, if those side effect are tru, is that only when these are taken in large doses or should I be fine if I keep the dose low?

Side Effects of Testosterone Boosters
Testosterone is a sex hormone that causes development of male characteristics. It is made in larger amounts in men and smaller amounts in women. Testosterone boosters may enhance athletic performance and physical appearance, especially in body building. However, testosterone boosters can have side effects in both men and women, including changes of the hair and skin, organ damage and cancer.
Acne
Testosterone boosters can over-stimulate the sebaceous glands of the skin and result in severe acne, especially on the face, chest and back.
Masculinization
Women who use testosterone boosters may experience masculinization of the voice, enlargement of the clitoris and an increase in body hair.
Baldness
According to the Mayo Clinic, men who take testosterone boosters may increase the pace of male-pattern baldness.
Diabetes
The use of testosterone boosters can cause sudden spikes or drops in blood sugar levels, which can be life-threatening for diabetics.
Enlarged Prostate
Men taking testosterone boosters may experience an enlarged prostate, which can cause painful and frequent urination, and difficulty starting urination.
Liver Damage
High amounts of testosterone in the body can cause liver damage, including cirrhosis (scarring) and liver cancer.
Breast Cancer
Testosterone boosters can cause the development of new breast cancers in both men and women, or advance the growth of existing breast cancers.
Those are actually boosting your natural testosterone. Steroids are testosterone that you bring to your body, so you stop producing your own.
No those don’t affect at all your testicles and don’t cause gyno, ad don’t converse to estrogen. Now there is something also between natural booster and roids, those are pro hormones. Those can have the same side effect as steroids if used improperly of course.
Yes it’s true, like any drugs, if abuse there is side effects. But if use correctly it’s only beneficial.
They can but not if you use the right ones.
The manboobs issue is caused by testosterone being converted into estradiol and smaller nuts can be caused by ‘excessive’ doses of testosterone which tell the body that you no longer need your nads because there is plenty of testosterone and they can shut down either, completely or a bit.
If you want to know about boosters then read on:
There are NO products available that will naturally (non-steroid) increase your testosterone.
The only non-steroid way of doing it is:
1/ Eat a good balanced diet high in zinc (zinc is critical to the production of testosterone, converts estradiol (female hormone) into testosterone and stops testosterone from being converted into estradiol;
2/ stop smoking (interferes with the bodies natural testosterone creation processes) and drinking (alcohol is a real t-killer) and
3/ undertake moderate exercise. Do NOT exercise to excess as the boost you feel is NOT testosterone but is either seratonin and/or adrenaline both of which will, in the longer term, use up your bodies testosterone not create more – this is a very common mistake made by some exercise-fanatics.
All the boosters, supplements, etc. are useless and a waste of money. Most of them are vitamin/mineral pills that you can buy at the pharmacy for 1/10th the price. The main effect of these products is to make someone else rich and the only benefits to you are:
1/ you get your recommended daily vitamin and mineral allowance (which is good) and
2/ psychological – you believe it will work and feel good about that ands then believe it is actually working when it’s not.
Also some will mention that they have plant extracts that will help and that’s all BS as well. There are no plant testosterones in nature – there are some that have similar chemical structures (called proto-testosterone and other similar sorts of names) but they cannot be used in a human body to replicate testosterone or its effects.
The best way to improve testosterone levels is to use a bioidentical testosterone supplement. There is an Australian company that offers Pharmaceutical grade testosterone for sale online (Lawley Pharmaceuticals http://www.lawleypharm.com.au). They export worldwide. Their site is worth a look just because of the info they offer.
