Are there diet pills/appetite suppressants that do not contain caffeine?
I have a heart condition and caffeine (even if only one can of diet soda) makes my heart race, so I’ve been told not to have it. I know that caffeine is a chief ingredient in all of the diet pills/appetite suppressants that I have previously tried or looked at, so I’m wondering if anyone knows for sure of something without it? Thanks!!

the principles behind diet pills are to speed up your heart rate using a stimulant – this in turn increases your metabolism
but if you have a heart condition these are really not for you as im sure your aware
to be honest diet pills are a waste of time
i’ve used them when ive wanted to push my body fat down to unhealthy levels for that definition – but this cannot be sustained and for the average person they are not needed
just eat well and do whatever exercise your condition will allow!
