DON’T mess with your testosterone! To bulk up with out messing with the chance of losing your ability to produce your own testosterone, eat well, eat often, and take in allot of protein, carbs, and vegetables.

testosterone boosting is not advisable for you. The reason is that you need to do lab work to see where you are and maybe talk to an endocrinologist. And NO to boosting mainly because it can initiate cancer growth.

As far as testosterone boosters go, even the natural ones may actually reduce your own body’s production of testosterone after only a short time. This could leave you testosterone-deficient before you’re 20 years old which would totally suck. It doesn’t take long to possibly start this problem, maybe just a couple months.

Do what you think is right so you can live a decent life without screwing up your body! You obviously have good instincts to question the safety…
