OxyElite Pro: How long should I wait to eat?
I’m on my 3rd day of taking OxyElite Pro and I was wondering how long I should wait after I take my 2 pills in the morning to eat breakfast. It says to take it on an empty stomach before breakfast but i’m not sure how long I should wait after that to eat. Thanks in advance for your help!

Not long, maybe 5-10 minutes should be efficient. Food takes longer to digest than water and 2 pills. The pills will already be in the blood stream by the time your breakfast digests.
