Medifast Review

My Medifast weight loss plan didn’t last all that long but it sure did cost me a lot of money. I think the plan would have worked if I would have stuck to it but there was just no way. I should have known that I wouldn’t have been able to stick to the weight loss formula. I’m the type of guy that needs a simple weight loss pill take anything else and I usually give up in a few days.

The main problem that I had with the Medifast weight loss formula was that their food did not taste all that good. The pictures of the food look good but they don’t end up being anything like they advertise. The sad thing is, is that I procrastinated terminating my auto ship so I got charged for another month that I didn’t end up using.
