diet and exercise is the natural way
Diet pills are bad for you. If these things were OK for you to take to lose weight, wouldn’t they occur naturally? Plus, slimming down with weight loss pills doesn’t actually make you healthy. “Thin” and “healthy” are very different things, though often associated. You could be thin and beautiful and still be as unhealthy as someone who weighed 300 lbs, and losing weight with pills is the best way to get like that. Healthy diet and exercise are the healthy way. If you want to lose weight, do it like that. Plus, it’s much more satisfying that way.
And here’s a tip, a lot of people say that doesn’t work because 20 minutes of exercise isn’t enough and getting a smaller milkshake isn’t healthy. Good diet and exercise DOES work. You just have to do it right.
dont trust the pills they dont work, and if they do its not for long. i have two suggestions one: you can increase ur cardio workouts and exercise, and keep ur diet the same (that will help with the last few pound) or u can try the three day diet its a simple diet that guarantees a ten lb weigh loss in three days , i tried it and lost 9 lbs. that can be found on geosites.com good luck> hope i helped
I’m not a lady, but I am a personal trainer. Lipodrene will do exactly what u want. U have to purchase it online because it contains ephedra. But if u are serious about losin those love handles, it will do the trick for u. Just make sure u take the suggested dosage and u will be cool. Good luck
