i used it, and it injured my stomach, it created extra acid, and ate away at the lining. if you are going to use a diet aid, try something natural, like evercleanse, or go to your local pharmacist, and they can suggest one.

I took it and the very first day I got horribly horribly sick. My heart rate went WAY up and I threw up, and I felt like there was something crawling under my skin and I couldn’t sleep. It was absolutely awful. I hope that you don’t get these side effects, I would consider something more natural if I were you..
