Well, what can I say, it has been 4 weeks (28 days) and I have lost 13 pounds. I feel great, my energy level is through the roof and I have lost 2 pants sizes and I can definitely tell I have lost weight around my waist. I no longer feel my love handles rubbing the inside of my arms.
