Dude. Don’t mess with synthetic hormones unless you want to screw up your entire system. At your age, you have plenty of Testoterone. If you aren’t losing 2 pounds a week slightly decrease the calories you are intaking for 2 weeks and see what happens.

PS – It is hard to gain mass and lose weight at the same time. If you want the fat off, do that first. Then concentrate on bulking up slowly. Good luck.

Introducing hgh into your system could have unexpected results. Just stay natural.

You would be an idiot to take hgh without a doctor’s recommendation that you do so.

I would increase the running to lose weight and watch your portions, but I would not take hgh. You should do more research on a medical website like MedLine Plus (which you can probably access at your library). Do NOT rely on the company websites for medical information. They legally do not have to tell you the truth. Look at the side effects:

“Some of the side effects reportedly seen in previously healthy mature patients after taking HGH include:

Edema (retention of fluids) in extremities
Arthralgia (joint pain)
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Hypertension
Diabetes and other glucose metabolism imbalances
Gynecomastia (enlargement of male mammary glands)”
