Any man-made and unnatural way of improving health (lest it be mental health, but even then) always has a risk.

Why don’t you just exercise instead of taking an easy way out? You’ll feel so much more accomplished then.

Your not to take it if your under 18, also processed stuff like this probably isn’t safe if taken over long term and at your age i’d say it’s not safe.

TestoRipped costs $ 50 for a 1 month supply. The active ingredient in TestoRipped is Tribulus Terrestris, which costs $ 7.50 for a four month supply which you can buy online. I would recommend skipping the brand name and fancy packaging, and just buy the supplement. But hey, it’s your money.

Testoripped is a diet pill which is claimed to help burn fat and add lean muscle. Testoripped’s own website (http://www.testoripped.com/) says that young men under the age of 18 should not take it, so the short answer to your question is that you shouldn’t take it, at least for a few more years.

As far as reviews and whether it is good for when you’re older, here is what I found out about it. Testoripped is a mixture of various ingredients including caffeine, herbal extracts and dietary supplements such as creatine. Looking for reviews of this product online, you will find some websites that give it glowing reviews, but if you check a little more carefully these sites are often affiliated with sites that are selling the product, so it’s not too surprising that the reviews are so positive. I did find a site that gave Testoripped a medium review – it said that there was one ingredient (Yohimbine) that could be dangerous for some people especially if taken in too large a dose (and therefore banned in Australia and New Zealand) but that there was too little of the other ingredients which were good. Still, Yohimbine is allowed in the United States – it is an herbal supplement that is claimed to enhance sex drive – although this has not been proven conclusively. The other ingredients are generally considered safe if you take them in reasonable amounts, but also are not absolutely proven to do the things that they claim to do. For instance, studies have shown that creatine is helpful in increasing the strength of people with neuromuscular disease – this doesn’t mean that it is proven to help build muscle for people with normal muscles but some people believe that it helps muscles recover more quickly after a workout and therefore will allow them to work out more. Similarly the claims that some of the herbal ingredients help burn fat are believed by some people but not by most doctors who would want to see proven studies. Some of the other ingredients like caffeine are undoubtedly effective at providing an energy boost but would not be the recommended way for a teen to get energy – in other words, as a teen you should have plenty of energy unless you’re not getting enough sleep.

All in all, I would say that Testoripped has a bunch of ingredients that might help a man who is a little bit “past his peak” to get a little energy boost to work out harder. If you think about it, the aim of this pill, which is quite expensive by the way, is essentially to make an older man feel a little more like a teen (more energy, increased sex drive, etc.) so he can work out harder. This is partially accomplished with a dose of caffeine, which could be gotten for a better price by drinking a cup of coffee, and partially by a mix of diet supplements which may or may not increase hormone levels slightly, may or may not help burn fat, and may or may not make muscles recover from a workout a little quicker. But as a teen, you should already have plenty of energy and plenty of hormones. Not everyone has the genes to be like Arnold Schwartzenegger, but you will gain muscle if you use a proper technique to work out vigorously. If you are low in energy you should either get more sleep or if that’s not the problem see a doctor rather than taking a diet pill. Weight loss can be challenging but exercising a lot and eating the right foods is probably going to do a lot more for you than a pill.
