How much will lose with Alli in 5 weeks?
I need to lose probably like 20, 25 pounds in 5 weeks can Alli do that? I have a volleyball tournament and i look horrible in my uniform. Since it is the summer and have a lake house i will swim 4 to 6 hours a day and that works over the WHOLE summer but i need something in 5 weeks with the combo of the swimming.
I don’t want to pay money for crap on the internet.

I had way too many pounds in all the wrong areas until I used acai berry, I understand they say that pills don’t work, however they definitely worked for me, and they’ve been featured on CBS News too. There is a free trial happening right now at http://cugams.nuntanoastra.net , why not try it, how worse could it make things?

Average about 10 pounds but since you will be swimming for so long you also have to add a few other exercises which you probably will you will probably lose 15 pounds and that is if you are going on a diet also. The 1st few weeks you will lose more like 3 pounds a week but after that it slows down because your body is getting used to alli and the exercises so make sure to change some of the exercises you do. keep your body guessing. But over time you will probably lose the 25lbs in about 3 months it al depends on you and how hard you work for it. Good Luck.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

It depends on your body, what you eat, how much water you drink, etc. That’s why on commercials or on the box it’ll say “results not typical” because they vary from person to person. I have to say I love Alli. I started at 160lbs and am 5’5 and in my mid 20′s. I am now down to 150 and have only been on it for 2.5 weeks but I also walk 3 miles a day and eat very clean (fresh fruits, fresh veggies, lean meat & moderate on the carbs — and no added sugars!). If you swim everyday and eat healthy, then adding alli will help you in your weight loss. You should also do stretching such as yoga or running, in addition to your swimming to work out other muscles! Good Luck!
