How effect is the diet pill Zantrex-3?
I just bought zantrex and im aware of a lot of the symptoms, but does it actually work? i’ve read reviews where people say they’ve seen it work and have lost a few pounds within the first 2 weeks. I’ve also seen that some people thought it was horrible..I understand it’s different with every person but i want to know if it’s worth it. Im 20 and Im not looking to loose 50 lbs anything extreme to fast, just simply shed 10-15 lbs ??

Diet pills don’t magically make you lose weight. What they do is suppress your appetite so you can be on a calorie deficit, then you will start lose weight.
Losing weight is all about calories in and calories out. Meaning you need to consume less calories than you use per day. The first step is to figure out your maintenance level of calories your body needs to maintain it’s current body weight taking into consideration your age, height, weight, and activity levels. There are calculators on the internet that help you figure that number out. I’ll post a link to one you can use.
The next step, once you know your calorie maintenance level is to eat less calories than your maintenance level and/or burn more calories through exercise. You will definitely see results.
Far as Zantrex-3 working? Ask yourself the question, are you eating less while taking the pill and/or exercising more. Does it suppress your appetite? If not, then the pill is probably not working.
