Has anyone used Energy Drinks to suppress your appetite?
I have been drinking a Sugar-Free Rockstar Energy Drink every day to suppress my appetite. I still eat around 1400 calories a day, but use the drink to keep from eating more than that. It fills me up for a couple of hours. Anybody have a better remedy?? I try water, but can’t drink that much of it, its boring! Want some flavor! Anybody else use these drinks to suppress appetite?

Well even though it is suppressing your appetite this is your nutritional value of the drink its not very good for you I would suggest eating smaller amounts of food about 5 times a day. Eat yougurt it helps a lot. You can also do the new special K it helps curve appetite. good luck

Try the drinks that control hunger for 4 hours. I think its the Kellogg brand that I drink and they really work and they’re actually really good. And cheap…I think maybe $ 1.50-$ 1.98 each

Try drinking smoothies instead, they are full of fruit but can add to your calories for the day.
Avoid smoothies which are made from concentrate.

I drink LO-CARB Monster, but not to suppress my apetite although it does
Try buying those little packets of propel, crystal light, or iced tea that you put in a water bottle (you’re still getting the water but you have all the flavor you want)
Diet Soda also does fill me up
Eat more often
