Has anyone tried Phentramin-D weight loss pills?
Hey, I’ve been taking Phentramin-d weight loss pills for about a month now. I definately feel my appetite being supressed, I don’t eat as much because I am simply not hungry and nothing ever sounds appetizing.
Anyways, I definately see the pounds dropping off me, and the inches around my waist decreasing. (I exercise regularly which probably helps out a bit)

However, I have noticed that I am crankier and moodier, and experienced difficulties sleeping the first couple nights.
Aside from the minor side effects, I feel Phentramin-D really does do the job, and I give it two thumbs up.

IF YOU have tried Phentramin-D (or are currently taking the pill) what are your thoughts?

If you are attempting to get rid of weight, it is critical to appreciate that it cannot be done adequately overnight. There are thousands of products on the web. It is best to stay away from weight loss pills, as they almost never live up to the expectations. Many products also promise to get rid of certain types of fat. For example, ab machine manufacturers claim that you can get rid of stomach fat. This is not true. They will not remove the fat around the abdomen. These machines simply strengthen the center muscles while keeping the fat on the surface. Whatever you are attempting to accomplish with your weight loss goals, keep away from products that sound too good to be true.

Yes I have used it but the effect it had on my weight loss was temporary. I eventually got used to it and it didn’t do anything but make me feel spaced out (which wasn’t good at all at work). While you’re on it try and build up some muscle density that will burn the fat. Take Melitonin to sleep at night (found at health food stores and most pharmacies) It’ natural and non addictive.Phentermine isn’t good for you but neither is obesity. It can cause cardiac hypertension which is a life threatening thing. I’d stay on it just long enough till you are handling the diet and exercise plan on your own without help. (one year max)

Hi,

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose any weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss product. I tried it out and it actually worked really well. Within 4 months I managed to shave off 65 pounds completely. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now without having to carry all that extra weight around. There were no side effects at all You can read more about the lady’s article at the link below

oh and no I haven’t tried phentramin. but if it works for you and has very mild side effects i think you should stick with it

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
