Has anyone tried or know anything about height increasing pills or HGH pills?
Hi I’m 16 years old and I’m 5’7” and just about fully grown. I was just wondering if anyone out there has tried any height increasing pills or HGH pills and which ones work best.

Thanks for the help!

hgh pills at your age one of the most stupidest thing you can do. at 16, you body has enough hormones to create an anabolic environment for muscle growth.

Look at your immediate relatives. Height is something that is programmed in your genetic code. You can maximize it with a healthy diet of whole fresh foods.
But there is no magic pills of any kind that will increase your height. Spend your money on lean meats for protein and don’t give it to some con artist regardless of how professional the website or ads look.

I won’t say none of the HGH promoting supplements work — but most do nothing. Further, to push your body to grow in height at the growth plates at the meniscus endplates of your bones would require astronomical injectable amounts of IGF and HGH.

This would only cause height growth while the growth plates are still open.. and you don’t know which have fused already and which are open.

Your legs and spine could be fused, and fingers, and arm plates still be open and it could look quite odd.

Plus, it is just really bad for your permanent health.

Ever noticed the biggest bodybuilders on television , in the magazines.. I mean the 200-400lb guys.. of pure muscle.

Notice how when they aren’t flexing their stomach it bulges out like they are pregnant?

This isn’t just their abs relaxed being so ‘large’ — their internal organs have grown as a result of the Human Growth Hormone they paid ten’s to hundreds of thousands of dollars to illegally obtain.

Which can cause organ problems, and most often heart hypertrophy/enlargement which often leads to heart trouble down the road — sometimes even at an early age.

Bottom line, unless you had pharmaceutical grade injectible HGH at high amounts (which costs tens of thousands of dollars) and at regular intervals you don’t stand a chance at improving height through this. The height from that way, which isn’t likely to happen, comes with high consequence.

You can try the supplement pills.. but don’t hold your breath.

Your brain produces and releases the most IGF and HGH during sleep.. so taking supplement before bed would give you your best theoretical ‘window’ if you wanted to try it. But please don’t spend alot of money on this stuff. It really is most snake oil.

If it wasn’t.. you would see alot of people who have added inches to their HEIGHT by now.. it just doesn’t happen.

Even when used for those who aren’t reaching a functional height.. ie: 4’6″ and close to end of puberty it doesn’t provide drastic results. If it did, bone lengthening surgery and the other grossly painful operations wouldn’t be out there.

Take care,
