Honestly its patheic that people actally think theres a “quick fix” to weight loss by using theese “fad diets”. everyone who wants to lose weight should do it in the healthy and natural way. when you come off theese diets you tend to put weight back on. so if i was you i would do it the propper way

Sensa doesn’t work so forget it. It’s over priced junk which you don’t need unless you want some extra calories, just love the taste, and don’t mind paying $ 30 a month for sugar. Sensa is sold as a supplement and supplements are not approved by the FDA, are virtually unregulated, do not have the protections afforded foods and drugs, are not recommended by the US National Institute of Health, do not require any testing, are often contaminated, may not even be what the label says, usually contain cheap ingredients, are often over priced scams, have been known to be dangerous, and can have numerous adverse or unwanted side effects.
Sensa consists of Maltodextrin, Tricalcium Phosphate, Silica, natural and artificial flavors plus soy and milk ingredients. They are all cheap ingredients so you’re not going to be getting what you’re paying for. You’ll be paying to keep the advertising going and young and the clueless as confused as ever about how to lose fat properly. The first ingredient is, of course, the one which Sensa has most and it’s just sugar —> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maltodextrin .
Like most supplement scams, you can’t believe what you read about it on the Internet because the manufacturers pay for phony reviews like this one —> http://www.consumerhealthanswers.com/sensa-reviewed.html , fake scientific sounding articles, bogus testimonials, fake news reports, etc. They know that you’re not going to go to page two of the search results so as long as they can keep their ads at the top of the search engine output, you’ll be suckered into believing all the crap they’re telling you. And, young people are naturally gullible, want to believe in easy and quick fixes, and have not yet learned what most adults know; you can’t believe advertising.
Sense is supposed to “fool” your brain into thinking you’re full….lol. If anything could fool your brain into thinking you’re full, how does Weight Watchers stay in business, why are 2/3 of Americans over weight, and who is paying for all the Herbalite, Hoodia, acai, green tea, hydroxycut, and the rest of the junk that doesn’t work?
Check out this article and note the excerpt: “I don’ normally like to write about products I haven’ tried myself, but with this one I had to. The negative feedback on this demonic dandruff is just too overwhelming and you should avoid it like the plague. If you do decide (possibly in a drunken stuper) that you simply must try this for yourself, please please please proceed with caution and a credit card with ironclad consumer protection!”

Here’s another article. Note the excerpt: “Common side effects experienced while using Sensa include upset stomach, vomiting, diarrhea and hives. If you have difficulty breathing, dizziness or swelling after taking Sensa, you should contact your doctor immediately. People without known allergies have also experienced some of these side effects while using Sensa. Others reported side effects including gas and loose bowel movements. ”

And one more. Note the excerpt: “So will it really work? I doubt it. I imagine that in the beginning you might feel fuller and less hungry. But over time your body will just get used to the new smells and tastes. Honestly, this is not a good way to lose weight. Take the $ 89.95 (every 60 days) and buy a gym membership, Wii Fit, or more nutritious foods. Is it long term? The main reason to avoid Sensa is because it is NOT a long term solution. You do not want to buy their product for the rest of your life to stay slim.”

You also shouldn’t ask for personal testimony because it’s just about the worst way to get good information. Every day I see people in this forum testifying as to how some supplement helped them gain muscle or lose fat when the supplements are known scams with no benefits. You can’t trust personal testimony in a forum where the demographic is generally young, credulous, naive, and ignorant and your answers come from random strangers of unknown credibility.
Good luck and good health!!

Don’t fall for the fad diets or the “quick” fixes. You might lose weight, but you’ll probably put it back on. You might also get very sick.
Sign up for a fitness tracker and track all of your calories every day. MyFitnessPal is a great, free one. It will help you figure out how many calories you should consume every day and if you hit your target every day you will lose weight.
Weight loss is pretty simple math. Every day you eat a certain number of calories and you burn a certain number of calories. If you burn more than you consume, you will lose weight.
Give it a couple weeks and you will start to see big results.
Dont take this unless you want to spend your life in the toilet.
I am on weight watchers and working out almost everyday and that has worked well for me. I have heard nothing but bad things about Sensa. Miracle drugs never work. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat. Exercise and cutting back is the only way to lose effectively. Lol all this talk of exercise makes me want to do a great work-out with You.
