Has anyone heard of Sensa and does it work or taste bad?
Sensa some type of product you sprinkle on your food, and it works with your system and tell you your full of food. But does it really work. I wanted to try this along with my exercises I do

it doesn’t have a really bad taste but it didn’t do anything to me..
