I am 53 and need to loose about 40lbs fast like by the end of sept.?
I just started walking 2miles a day. i need a good fat burner and a good diet aid any suggestions? I hear its harder for a woman to loose body fat but i heard some fat burners do work.I need both to loose weight. I have tried the adkins diet but get bored with the same food I did loose like 1O lbs on the adkins.

Can you take two Alli and Slim Quick diet supplements at the same time?
I am in desperate need of losing weight. I have always kept my weight the same from age 16 to 36, now all of a sudden, at age 37, I have gained 25 lbs. I guess the metabolism is finally slowing down. I really need to lose weight quick and was wondering if taking 2 weight loss supplements (Alli and All Natural Slim Quick) at the same time is dangerous.

That is probably not safe, and Alli has recently been linked to liver damage. Slimquick never helped me lose weight, it made me (and a lot of other people) just feel sick.

It depends on what you mean by “feminine.” If you are a man who is starting to develop breasts or womanly hips, testosterone shots may be able to help you. If you are talking about being “feminine” more along the line of actions or feelings, hormone therapy is not for you.

Is it safe to take Alli while on weight watchers?
I took it once before and did okay with it, but I was younger and much more daring back then. I’m not sure I’m on the right diet for it. I know that with Alli you can only have so much fat in every meal or you will have some pretty bad side effects. I think this will only modivate me more and I am already doing pretty good. Not eager to start it or to loose weight too fast, I just want to be healthy.

My mom took Alli and had terrible side affects, she followed the instructions to a tee and lost a lot of weight, however she also lost a lot of hair, and she really started feeling terrible. She quit Alli and her hair is about 3 times thinner :/

Has anyone tried the phentramin-d and previously took the Phentermine30Mg blue and clear capsules?
Phentramin-d is non-prescription but looks to have good reviews stating that most who take it are liking as well as the prescription phentermine. I have asked one person if they like the phentramin-d and they say yes but they were previously taking the phentermine 37.5 that was a white tablet with blue specks. I have taken this tablet and it did nothing for me so I’m leary as to if the phentramin-d will work for me. Anyone who has any experience I would gladly appreciate your input.
I only want people to answer who have taken phentramin-d and there results.

Ive taken Phentermine a while back and i loved it. I lost weigth pretty fast but always felt light a little headed and jittery. I started taking Phentramin-D right after the holidays and I will say that it works, but not as fast as Phentermine did. It almost seems like a weaker version of phentermine. what are the best diet pills to take that are not expensive?
first of all, they are NOT for me, my sister Tiffany is the one who needs them, don’t think im underage. and i just wanted to know what the best pills are stuff like hydroxycut and stuff like that. i need stuff i can get at walmart or something like that. thanks!!!

Think about it. If any of this garbage worked, why would 2/3 of the adults in the US be overweight, obese, or morbidly obese? We would be lined up without having to spend a dime advertising if someone had the magic formula.
Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $ 60 billion a year industry in “weight loss” supplements?
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You will be spending somewhere between $ 2 and $ 4 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.

And yes they are dangerous. Heart, liver, kidney, intestinal, and neurological damage and death have all been the result of diet pills. That is why the FDA hasn’t approved any new ones for 14 years.
These supplement manufacturers are using human guinea pigs (you) for these products. As long as no one gets sick or dies, and they don’t get fined or shut down they will keep making and selling this junk. Whether it works or not.

I say it over and over and over. “If any one of these products really worked, why are there so many?”
