Do you think that diet pills work?
I say this because in all the commercials i have seen, in fine print at the bottom it always says that exercise and healthy eating are neccecary to see effects. However isnt that what the pills are suppose to do, lose weight without exercise.

The small print is giving the marketers an “out” when the pills fail you.

Pills are not the way to weight loss. There are supplements and vitamins which can be used to assist your weight loss, however without eating properly and doing a modicum of exercise to say the least, the pills will not do anything make a person lose weight. It is the biggest scam alive, and they’re making billions on it every year.

I am losing weight, and I am taking supplements along the way. I am blogging about it and I have lost a fair amount of weight (25 pounds in 31 days). While I am taking supplements, I cannot attribute the weight loss to them. I also know many people feel motivated because they are taking a pill. It is like a placebo in many cases. Nothing but a cash grab for the marketers of pills.

Wishing you the best.

No. If science had something that really work everyone would try it. Thats why they have so many different pills because it is most likely not going to work without some outside effort

The success rate of diet pills is very low and there are often side effects.
