Do you know of any natural/herbal appetite suppressants that really work or perhaps have worked for you personally?

Thanks for any insight.

Tobacco is one. Although if you are worried about your health, then that might not be a good solution.

Also, try plain old water. Sometimes when you are thirsty, your body gets confused and thinks you are hungry.

Lastly, try a mirror.

Good Luck.

Matcha green tea. It really suppresses my appetite and it gives me energy plus it has a special antioxidant that burns fat and prevents your body from storing fat.

They’re kind of expensive though, I got a tin for $ 30 but then I went to this chinese supermarket and they were selling it for $ 7 so I bought that the next time.

Research it, it’s really good!

Drink a glass of water before every meal. Fills you up and works every time as long as you quit eating when you start to feel satisfied.

Yes, Matcha green tea is good! I use Shaklee Energy tea mix because it has matcha and the amino acid tuarine to give the boost of energy naturally! I also use non-gmo soy protein every morning and it keeps me full and gives me energy!
