Do weight loss pills such as Alli actually work?
I’ve been gaining a few pounds over the last few weeks and I really want to lose them, but I’m not super active or anything. Do the Alli pills really work? I really only plan on trying to cut down on snacks, and other unhealthy food, and occasionally exercise more, so I’m not sure if the pills will actually do anything.

To be honest none of that stuff really works, If they really worked everyone would be thin and look fabulous! It’s just how they say male enlargement pills come on no male is going to call back and complain and say it didn’t work!! you got to put in the hard work and dedication.

Do they work? NO. Be more active and eat healthy food. Check out Atkins diet.

Alli pill : how it works : it does not allow the fat you eat to be absorbed by ur intestine but helps in throwing out whatever fat you eat in stools. So ,it can help in reducing further increase in fat in ur body. But it sounds useless/senseless to me , that you eat some thing for taste only to be thrown out in shit. Not a great idea ! Dear , you have to eat healthy stuff & have to undertake exercise , that will give u rich dividends , rest all is useless ,even ur job ,take care

Do they work? On it’s own, not enough to notice a difference. With diet and exercise Alli does work (with people average 4-6 lbs more lose than those doing only diet and exercise). It works by blocking fats, and as already stated, this is crazy to eat something to just not utilize it’s energy. Additionally Alli has some pretty hefty gastrointestinal side effects/ I think if you wanted to use a supplement, a thermogenic would be better. Thermogenics increase metabolism, and suppress your appetite.

The simple answer is yes, they work, but unless you do some exercise and eat healthy with moderate calories, you simply won’t lose (much), and what you do lose will simply come back quick.

Alli – bad mojo.
Try TRIM instead.
