Do any appetite suppressants really work?
I’ve tried Hoodia, Slimshots, etc. and they do nothing. Does any appetite suppressant really work without side effects?

There are always some side effects to any drug. Everybody is different so what works for you may not work for others and vice versa. I think most of what is available today is crap. Ever since the Ephedra scare years ago, everyone is afraid to use anything that actually works on the shelves of stores (yes, I used Ephedra and it worked great!) I have tried Hydroxycut and many others and I don’t feel that they do much to stop hunger, but I do feel that they help me keep energy when I work out. I use and like Stacker 3. You can also try going to going to a vitamin store and talk to knowledgeable staff who may be able to find you something that is much cheaper and work much better than drug store solutions. Try White Willow Bark and green tea. Its not for me, but is more natural than typical stuff.

Try green tea. Make sure it’s caffeine free. Don’t use those put those other things in your body. I used to try that stuff and it put my body all out of whack. Sure I lost the weight, but those pills made me feel bad in the long run.
