ASSISTANCE PLEASE!!!?
I understand that even with a weight loss drug, such as Phentramin-D that I DO still have to work out and be on a healthy diet. I just would like to hear from someone that has taken this drug… Does it work as well as they say? I’ve done tons of research, and I’ve read good and bad reviews. Much more good than bad. I understand that it may not work for everyone. But I would just like to hear the results of someone who took the medication properly with diet and exercise.
Now, if you are one of those people who don’t like to actually answer questions such as these, and go around pushing “healthy diet and exercise” because your a stick figure, and never had any issues with weight… YOU HAVE NO NEED TO COMMENT ON THIS! Besides I’ve already stated that even with the medication, I plan to have a healthy diet, and exercise regularly. If simply dieting and exercising worked for me I wouldn’t be wanting to try a weight loss pill, nor would I be typing this right now…. Now would I???
So please, if anyone out there has tried Phentramin-D please answer, and tell me what results you got with this medication.
Thank you :)

Just as I stated in the begining… You are exactly the type of person that I did not want answering this question. Judging by your photo, it doesn’t seem that you’ve EVER been overweight you’re entire life. In fact, if anything, you look underweight. And the answer you gave was exactly what I had stated that I DID NOT want.
Number one, America has been getting fatter and fatter over the years, so no… People were NOT “just fine” before deitary suppliments were created. It’s because people were getting overweight that these pills were made in the first place. Because not everyone has the time, nor the money to go to a gym, and/or buy “healthy food”. Haven’t you ever noticed just how much more expensive fresh vegitables, fruits, etc. are than fattier foods?
Also, you don’t get “artifical fitness” with diet pills. Because diet pills were not meant to do all of the work for you. They were meant to simply to give one a little bit of a boost. YOU are the one who works out, YOU are t

Okay i think you have been given some one sided information,

Just think logically here for a minute. Before these drugs came into market people were just fine correct?

they workout out and stayed on a controled diet and lost the weight yes?

pros – you build real physical fitness
- You build real stamina
- you develop healthy habits
-your immune system gets stronger

with drugs

-artificial fitness
- virtually no progress in stamina
- same old habit

point here is there is a reason why everyone says healthy diet and exercise
but its more specififc than that you should be getting 1500-2000 calories

AVOID trans fat products(mainly the processed food)
if you can drink protein shakes after workouts.(even try meal replacement protein shakes)
and lastly drink a lot of water

Edit–

… well hope what you know what you are doing.

Phenatrim-D is an appetite suppressant, so I don’t think it would really help if you have an exact meal plan/diet. Alli or something with orlistat might, but I’ve heard it has unpleasant side effects. If you can’t lose weight with healthy diet and exercise, you might have hypothyroidism or something. Maybe go over this with your doctor?
