Are estrogen and testosterone a part of Intelligent Design to create females and males?
Estrogen and testosterone are the hormones characteristic of females and males. These are big and complicated organic molecules, yet they are synthesized in human bodies, not only that, a sequential program exists in the brain for their synthesis..and there is a genetic code to pass on this program to the next generation…Do you think it happened by itself or is it Planned Design?

I think it was selected for. Organisms as simple as bakers yeast can mate. If we were designed I’d like to have a word with the designer as there are many many many flaws. Like say… cancer… You’d think an all powerful being that could breath life into existence wouldn’t have done such a crappy job of it.
okay to start with testosterone is not ”the male hormone” and oestrogen(UK english spelling, im not stupid) is not the “female hormone” testosterone is the sex and aggression hormore, and oestrogen is rather complex. and obviosly it is not made by intelligent design, because there is no intelligent designer.
These are two derivative of cholesterol, and it takes one enzyme, aromatase, to convert testosterone into estrogen. Based on the similarity of this enzyme to numerous others, all evidence suggests evolution.
No – there is no intelligent design – rather, hormones of every sort are products of biochemical pathways that evolved millions of years ago. Their utility has been preserved in organisms that may seem unrelated, but their wide-spread appearance is evidence that we’re related after all.
